Member says they got a notice that their Passport is Expired or Disabled

The member is most likely referring to our Passport Lookup Tool, which sends them an email with the status of their benefit. 

Please check on the member's entry in MVault to see if it is incorrectly marked as Expired or Disabled. If it is, you can update their MVault entry and save and restore their access immediately.
