Your MVault entries should automatically update with new entries when you import or sync from your CRM. If a member does not have an entry in MVault, a few possibilities are:
- They are a donor with another station and mistakenly think they are donating with your station. Members can request their benefit information from https://pbs.org/passport/lookup or refer to their bank statements to see where they may be donating.
- The member did not donate the required amount for your station's Passport benefit.
- The member has been left out of an import and needs to be manually added to MVault. You can click the green Create button from your list of MVault entries to make an entry for the member.
If you notice this problem occurring frequently, please submit a support ticket with example members who have not been added to your MVault system.
