Yes, Google Ad Manager supports rotation through line item and order settings. Messages can rotate within an ad unit in two ways:
- Multiple Creatives Within a Single Line Item – You can assign multiple creatives to a single line item and configure rotation settings such as:
- Even Rotation: Ensures equal distribution over time.
- Optimized Rotation: Prioritizes higher-performing creatives.
- Weighted Rotation: Distributes creatives based on percentage allocation.
- Multiple Orders/Line Items Rotating Into the Same Ad Unit – Google Ad Manager selects which line item serves based on priority settings (e.g., Sponsorship, Standard, House) and delivery pacing. If multiple eligible line items are assigned to the same ad unit, they will compete based on priority, targeting, and delivery goals. The chosen line item will then rotate its assigned creatives based on its configured settings.
The Bento component simply makes the message request; all rotation logic is handled within Google Ad Manager.
