How do I add a closed caption file to my asset?

If you are adding a closed caption file to an asset in your Episode:

  • From the left side navigation menu, click Shows and click the title of the show that holds the season and episode to which you want to add the caption file.
  • Click the Seasons tab.
  • Click the Season that holds the Episode that contains the video asset.
  • Click the Episode title.
  • Click the Assets tab.
  • Click the title of the Asset to which you want to add the caption file.
  • Click the Video tab.
  • Type the full URL of your caption file in the Caption File textbox.
  • Click Save.

If you are adding a closed caption file to an asset in a Special:

  • From the left side navigation menu, click Shows and click the title of the show that holds the special that contains the video asset that needs the caption file.
  • Click the Specials tab.
  • Click the title of the Special that holds the video asset that needs the caption file.
  • Click the title of the asset.
  • Click the Video tab.
  • Type the full URL of your caption file in the Caption File textbox.
  • Click Save.
